Refund Policy
Short, because there is not much to it. Payments are taken by Paddle as merchant of record, so refunds are issued through Paddle; the decision about whether to refund is ours.

Your first month
If Sayso is not what you hoped, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no reasons needed. Email hello@dankstudio.net from the address on your account.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew monthly. Renewals are not normally refunded — cancel from the billing page before the renewal date and you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the period ends. If a renewal was charged in error, or you cancelled and were billed anyway, write to us and we will put it right.
Cancelling
Any time, from the billing page, in two clicks. There is no notice period and nobody to talk to unless you want to.
How a refund arrives
Paddle returns the money to the card or account you paid with, usually within five to ten working days depending on your bank. Their receipt will show the refund.
Your legal rights
Nothing here reduces any right to a refund you have under the law where you live, including a right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days where that applies.
