Pricing questions

  • Because it is early and we would rather have you than the extra ten dollars. Founder pricing is $10 off, every month, for as long as you keep the subscription. When it ends for new signups, yours does not change.

  • Yes. Free accounts get 3 Asks with the full recording pipeline — nobody’s audio is ever lost, free or paid. What free does not include is transcription and summarising, since that costs money to run per recording. Upgrade any time and it applies to new answers going forward.

  • Any time, from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing you collected disappears.

  • No, and they never need an account either. Pricing is for the person sending Asks, not the people answering them. Send one to fifty clients and it is still $9.

  • Not a hard one. A twenty-minute answer is about 3.5 MB, which is unremarkable. If somebody talks for an hour straight we will want a word about the questions, not the storage.

  • Yes. Export every response to an Ask as CSV or Excel, and download any single response as Markdown or PDF. Transcripts and recordings are yours.

  • Paddle, who handle billing for a great deal of software. They take the card, issue the invoice and deal with VAT. We never see your card details.
