Tally is free for almost every team that uses it, with no cap on forms or responses and a text-based editor that turns building a form into writing a document. Every answer still goes through a keyboard. Sayso replaces the text box with a private link where someone answers by talking, with the recording kept and, on the paid plan, transcribed.
