Sayify alternative
Sayso vs. Sayify: two different answers to intake.
Sayify turns every submission into a routed, AI-scored case for a team that already runs on a CRM and a Kanban board. Sayso is a private link someone answers by talking, with no case management layered on top. Which one fits depends on what happens to the answer after it arrives.
Sayify, question by question.

| Compared on | Sayify | Sayso |
|---|---|---|
| How they answer | Voice, video, screen recording, file uploads or typed fields, guided through a flow with conditional branching. | Talk. One question at a time, in a fixed order. Every recipient sees the same questions, with no branching. |
| What you get back | Each submission becomes an AI-summarized "case": sentiment, urgency score, an assigned owner and next steps. | Their own words, recorded. The paid plan adds a transcript and a written summary alongside it. |
| Routing and integrations | Slack alerts, a Google Sheets sync, Zapier, a REST API and webhooks, plus a built-in CRM and a Kanban case board. | None yet. Answers stay in the Sayso dashboard, with no CRM, Slack or webhook routing today. |
| Multi-client setup | A separate workspace per client, with custom branding on each. | One dashboard per account. There is no per-client workspace. |
| Pricing | Free plan: 25 responses a month, one active form. Paid plans start at $29 a month, billed annually. | Free: three Asks, every recording kept. The $9-a-month plan adds transcripts and summaries. |

Sayify is built for teams that want an answer to trigger a workflow: a case gets scored, assigned and pushed into whatever tool the team already runs on. Agencies and consultants managing several clients at once get a separate branded workspace for each. That is a real strength if the goal is routing and automation. Sayso skips branching, a CRM and per-client workspaces, and puts what it has into the recording surviving and the words coming through intact.
Questions people ask before switching
No. An Ask is a fixed set of questions grouped into sections. Sayify’s flow builder can change the next question based on an earlier answer; Sayso always shows the same questions to everyone who gets the link.
Not today. Sayify can push a finished case into HubSpot, Asana, Slack or thousands of other apps through Zapier and webhooks. Sayso keeps answers in its own dashboard, with no CRM or chat integration yet.
Both accept a spoken answer. Sayify treats voice as one of several input types feeding a case-management workflow that also takes video, screen recordings and files. Sayso is built around the recording itself: local durability, a live transcript while someone is still talking, and playback are the core of the product rather than one feature among several.
Yes. Voice is the default because people say more out loud, but every question also takes a typed or pasted answer.
