Voiceform alternative

Sayso vs. Voiceform: one Ask, not a branching survey platform.

Voiceform is a multi-modal survey platform built for research teams: voice, video and text responses, conditional branching, and analytics across thousands of integrations. Sayso is narrower by design: one private link per recipient, a fixed set of questions answered by talking, and nothing built to route the answer anywhere else. Which one fits depends on whether you need a research platform or a simple way to ask the same questions and hear the answer.

  • How you answer

    Voiceform

Answer by voice, video, audio or typed text, guided by conditional branching and dynamic variables that can change the next question based on an earlier answer.

    Sayso

Answer by talking, one question at a time, in a fixed order. Every recipient sees the same questions in the same sequence, with no branching.

  • What comes back

    Voiceform

An automatic transcript and translation across 50+ languages, plus sentiment detection, topic extraction and generated charts, on every response.

    Sayso

The recording itself, kept on every plan. The $9-a-month plan adds a transcript and a written summary.

  • Integrations and routing

    Voiceform

Connects to thousands of apps through its own API and SDK, and can send responses on to CRMs and communication tools.

    Sayso

None yet. Answers stay in the Sayso dashboard, with no CRM, Slack or webhook routing today.

  • Compliance

    Voiceform

SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliant, per its own site, aimed at enterprise and healthcare research teams.

    Sayso

    No published compliance certifications.

  • Pricing

    Voiceform

A free plan capped at 10 responses a month, with paid plans that raise the response limit and add deeper analytics. Enterprise pricing is custom.

    Sayso

Free: three Asks, every recording kept. The $9-a-month plan adds transcripts and summaries.

Voiceform is built for teams running structured research: branching paths that adapt to each answer, transcription and translation across dozens of languages, and analytics dashboards that turn a batch of responses into charts. That is real depth for a market research or CX team that already has a workflow to plug it into. Sayso skips the branching, the integrations and the analytics layer, and puts what it has into one thing: a private link that survives a bad connection and gets someone talking instead of typing.

Questions people ask before switching

  • No. An Ask is a fixed set of questions grouped into sections, and every recipient answers the same ones in the same order. Voiceform’s flow builder can send someone down a different path depending on an earlier answer; Sayso doesn’t do that.

  • Not today. Voiceform connects to thousands of apps through its API and sends data on to CRMs and communication platforms. Sayso keeps answers in its own dashboard, with no CRM, Slack or webhook integration yet.

  • Only what we could confirm on Voiceform’s own pricing page: a free plan capped at 10 responses a month. We could not verify exact paid-tier prices closely enough to publish them here, so check voiceform.com/pricing directly for current numbers.

  • Yes. Voice is the default because people say more out loud, but every question also takes a typed or pasted answer.
